It's fine if you don't want a glass screen
It's exactly what it says it is - plastic. So the reviews that give it 3 stars or less are not rating the product according to the price range and description. If you read what you are buying, you know exactly what you will get.I ordered this because it was pretty much the cheapest option on prime and I just wanted it to frame a drawing that would have gone otherwise unframed. If you want a simple frame to jazz up something and you don't mind not having a glass screen, then get this. Honestly, I think that the drawing I framed looks better without a screen (I'm not using the plastic one that comes with it), so this was a good purchase for me. The only drawback is that it takes some effort to get the cardboard back in and out of the frame, but hey, I wasn't expecting the greatest design.

Product Description

Simply slip the Tag into the E-Z Mount and stick it to the windshield with the suction cups. No adhesive velcro necessary. The E-Z Mount easily removes for cleaning the windshield or when you just don't need it. Its large suction cups securely hold the tag in place...without using permanent adhesive strips. Easy On! Simple ..maybe too simple
The New York motorcycle EZ Pass with half of the heavy duty 3M Dual Lock attachment strips stuck to the back does not fit into this holder. Removing the strips and the adhesive from the EZ Pass allowed it to slide into the unit, but then it rattled because of the loose fit. I fabricated a Block-U shaped piece of 1/4" thick acrylic shim that slides into the holder after first inserting the EZ Pass. The rattles are gone. The U shaped was required in order to surround the raised letter "M" on the back of the pass.

Performs well
Drinking water faucet is made of chromed plastic. The plastic button on the handle falls out and can be easily lost. The rate of water flow is frustratingly slow. To fill a 12 cup coffee reservoir takes several minutes. This flow rate is beginning to degrade as time passes (30 days) since installation. The installation was not too bad, but I had to purchase a new flexible faucet supply line because the adapter for the filtration system shortens the path between the water supply valve and the cold water stub on the sink faucet. Also, a watch style battery comes with each filter cartridge, but they do not tell you how/where to install it. It goes in the plastic faucet handle, but the polarity is a crap shoot. If you put it in backwards, the cartridge timer light glows red. Putting it in the other way, the light goes out, so I suppose it starts a six month timer and then turns on. Water tastes excellent using a US-EZ-3 style cartridge with well water.Update: 2/2010...
